Alliance of Martial Arts (AOM)

Welcome, Fellow Martial Artists!

This website has been constructed as a tool for student of the martial arts (especially students of AOM's Chi Ling Pai Gung Fu & Kung Ju.) What you will find here are simplified notes which will assist in your retention of the concepts, techniques and insights which you have learned during your class sessions.

We will provide a bulletin board for all students to post current news or helpful hints, so continue to check in on a regular basis to make the most of it.

Welcome to the Martial Arts surprise of the century!! Be sure to bookmark (add to your Favorites) this location for current updates.

Thanks to all those who have walked this path and those who visit this website.

Change is the one constant, and as is the case, we endeavor to be at the forefront of positive change. One major change upon us is that the headquarter of Alliance of Martial Arts (AOM) has relocated its Headquarters to its hometown, Chicago.  The welcome home has been a gratifying one, thanks to all who were here awaiting such change.  Operations is sure to change in adjustment to the new environment and all that it presents, but we will provide the same high level of training and instruction, and better.

Although we leave behind our friends and students in the Atlanta Metro area, we are happy to tell you that we can refer you to other very qualified instructors in the two arts we teach, here:  Kung Ju and Chi Ling Pai Gung Fu.  In fact, these are generally people that our Chief Instructor has trained, traveled with and/or taught alongside, both locally and around the United States.  Please feel free to ask for a referral, if you are in the Atlanta area and in search of great instruction in great martial arts.

As for the Alliance of Martial Arts, semi-private classes will continue to be limited to a maximum of 6 persons, for the safety and comfort of all involved. Besides, it's about turning out QUALITY students, here at AOM. Those of you who know us do understand we would rather have one great student than a whole group of "luke-warm" students.

As part of our expansion, we are also working to establish a full-service commercial martial arts studio in the Chicagoland area, as well.  We will keep you posted on that mission.

If you have a young man or young lady who you think needs the discipline and focus of martial arts, you have come to the right place.

We have put a few visuals in the photo section of this website for your viewing, as well as the Video section.

Have a great day!!

Meet the Mental Challenge!

Study of Martial Arts is not about fighting.  Contemplate these words and you may realize that this study is really a study of something MUCH bigger than a kick or a punch; It's about finding harmony and balance within the self and the society, and eventually with your Maker.

Remember: Action begins well before a hand ever moves.

Here's a little mental shot for you:

It is during the hardest of times that the great strides in humanity have occurred. Look upon the world's current financial crisis as fuel to be used in creating your OWN new opportunities. After all, it becomes clear that there will be no other way to thrive. ...
